In 2005, The North Phoenix Job Service Team came together for what would turn out to be the last that they would as a team; they created the 2nd Annual Back to Work Job Fair under the direction of Christa Cincinelli and Santos Rodriquez. This revisiting of that event is to honour the memories of Christa and our dear brother(s), Big & Little Joe. This is to say that all three are greatly missed and far from forgotten. Little Joe was already ill at the time of this event but; his spirit was a driving force in our efforts (so no pictures were available). The other member of the team not pictured was Tracy – as she never has her picture taken but, was a effective part of our efforts. In retrospect, it is sad that at this moment of success; little did we know how different our pathes in life would become and how we would all be scattered to the four winds and that I would lose three great, personal guides that I do miss.
www.peoplestandup.ca I want to make the following statement. I went to a local bank where my account is on November 26, 2008 to withdraw money. My account balance showed a balance of .32. My online access to my account has not worked for some two Months, due to a computer issue. However, I called to re-set the account, and they kept promising to set it back up again, but it never happened. I was really starting to worry, as this is my main means to monitor my account activity. As soon as I starting contacting the bank about this issue, I was cut off and had no way to monitor activity. On November 11, 2008, I withdrew 0 from the account, and the balance was nearly 50.00. I had no reason to question it at that time. I had not used the account again until November 26th. As I stated above, The balance showed .32. After some calling around, My statement showed a deposit of 00.00 on November 13th, then a “credit adjustment” of 00.00 the same day. Do the math on that one? I have a lawyer who is investigating this as we speak, and can not say more on this until I have all the facts. It is interesting to note that this is the same bank that mysteriously turned a 00.00 cheque into a .00 cash deposit (see lawyers). Because of losing access to my online banking, I have no way to monitor my bill payments. Ironically, they all of a sudden seem to be showing payments not being received or posted.
